Data Processing Agreement

1. Scope and Applicability

This DPA applies when customer personal data is processed by Mankuca in connection with providing services under the main Agreement, in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and the Zambia Data Protection Act.

2. Obligations of the Processor

Mankuca agrees to:

• Process personal data only on documented instructions from the controller.
• Ensure all personnel processing the data are bound by confidentiality.
• Implement technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.
• Assist the controller in responding to data subjects exercising their rights.
• Delete or return all personal data upon termination of the agreement.
